Hi Friends, welcome to M4 Tech. We’ve made a RC Boat. This is a wind controlled RC Boat. I think this is a big boat that we’ve made. We’re controlling with this remote. This is the motor. We’ll ride in this canal or that one. Before that, let’s see how it is made. Even before that, I’ll let you know a game to make money. 4RABET, is the website name. In this sheet, we’ll make the model of the boat. With freehand, we’re just drawing the design of the boat. We’re using a small sketch to draw this. I’m not measuring the size and drawing. Just drawing it in freehand and cut it out with the help of a blade. We’ve cut out the piece. Remaining work will be done in this piece. Next is to set a motor in this. This is a wind powered boat. These motors are used in drone. It’ll produce nearly 500g thrust. We’re tightening it with a 3-axis propeller. The propeller and motor’s link is provided in the description. We’re not directly connecting the motor to the boat, so that we’re using this thing to connect it. Not sure about the name of it. We can get this when we buy the drone motor. If we connect directly and when the motor’s shaft rotates there will be some problems. We’ve connected to that stand. We’ve cut that sheet to fix this motor. We’ll screw this to the sheet. There are 4 holes, so we’ve taken 4 small screws and tightening it. So we need to stick it to the sheet. We’ve placed the motor in a small sheet. So we’ve taken that and sticking it to the boat’s platform. There are chances for this to break. So we’re giving it an extension. We can stick it here. It’ll be strong now, wont break easily. So if we connect this motor directly to battery, it wont work. So we need a motor controller. Motor controller will be like this. In this is what we’re connecting the motor. If it rotates on opposite direction, you can change any two wires. Next we’re going to connect Lithium Polymer battery. It is almost 11.5 – 12 V. When battery is connected, the motor is not working because we need give signal. From that drive we have a section. We’ll get a receiver with this remote controller. We can connect it to the receiver. This remote controller is Flysky. The product link is in description. We’re connecting the wire to the remote’s receiver. We’re connecting to the 3rd channel. It shows CH3. We’ve connected to the 3rd channel. When we give the throttle, see it moves. See the power it generates. To control the wind, we can set a tail. Then we can turn the boat left & right. For that I’ve taken a sheet. I’m sticking an old used refill to the side of the sheet. We can just stick a gum. Here we’ve taken a 9g servo motor. We’re connecting that motor to this leaf. The product link is in description. We’ve stuck it with glue. Now we can set it to the platform. There are chances that it come off if we stick with glue. So we can mark the platform and make a hole in motor’s size. We can insert and glue it. If the wind blows, it needs to sustain. We’ve stuck the servo now. There are chances that it will break when wind blows. So we’re giving an support from above. It’ll be strong now. Next, the servo’s out, in order to give power to servo, that we can attach it to CH1. Connected to Channel 1 of receiver. If we connect the battery, the circuit is complete. When we tilt the lever, the tail waves left and right. When we give throttle, we can see the wind is directed. If we increase speed, it will move. We can test it in our floor. Though it runs on water, it moves well in ground as well. We can see it is controlled by the rudder. When we change the rudder here and there, the boat is moving accordingly. Next is the final touchup. The boat should float in water, so we are using thermocol. We can cut 2 to 3 pieces. We need 3 pieces. As Thermocols are being banned, this might be our last video with this. We’ve applied the glue on first sheet. On top of that, we’ve set the next piece. After doing these, we’re sticking the platform here. Now the thing is ready. We need to keep the motor controller and receiver safely. So we’ve taken a plastic box. Mark it in platform, cut it. We’ve cut it. We can remove one more thermocol layer. We can keep the box there. We can insert all the wires inside the box. The reason why we’re doing is, water can enter anytime to boat. When water splashes or it sinks. so that we can safeguard battery, receiver and motor. So our boat is ready. Since Indians made this boat, we need an Indian Flag. We’re setting it in boat. We can put a hole in it. So we’ve fixed the flag in it. Now the boat looks beautiful right? We’re gonna test it now. We can put it on water. Come here! We’ve placed it in water and start it. See how well it goes. We’ve not given full throttle yet. We can control it easily. We’ve not given full throttle, it will very fast. It pushes leaves, flowers and going. It’s very easy to control it. See the specialty of this, we can rotate it like a tornado. If we increase the speed too much, we might not able to control it. So our boat is running well. We’re gonna set this GoPro in the front. We’re just sticking it with glue. Camera is stuck now. We’re placing it in water with GoPro. GoPro is recording now. We’re going to place now. We can see the visuals from GoPro. The visuals which you see, are from the GoPro placed in front of boat. It is pushing away all leaves and flowers. There are some tiny flowers here. We can ride it very skillfully. Normal boats can’t be taken like this. But this we can take it easily. Through grass or anything. These are visuals from camera. Doing an experiment with Praveen now. We’re trying to rotate 360 degrees. After this, we can see the visuals recorded from this. No expression at all. He said fishes started to bite him when he was standing like this.
